    Release Date May 7th - just in time for Mother's Day!  As always, a $1/bottle sold of this wine on Mother's Day weekend goes to a local and needy charity. We've called our rosé wine Blush this year as it is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris (rather than 100% Pinot Noir). This wine is an elegant, classic southern French-style rosé, tasting of cherries, cranberry, & sun-kissed strawberries. It is dry, but still juicy. Lovely strawberry lingers on the finish.

  • Foch is a hybrid grape that ripens very well on the Saanich Peninsula.  Our Foch is a medium bodied wine, with rich plum and cassis flavors, and undertones of cinnamon, mocha, and vanilla. Aged in American and French oak barrels.  Expect to age well 3 - 5 years.

  • Our Pinot Noir is a light, delicate wine with heady aromas and flavors of sour cherry, violets, and toasted spice. It is aged for 12 months in 2 – 3 year old French oak barrels, and is nicely balanced with a long finish. It is a very versatile wine and pairs well with local salmon and poultry - a great choice to serve with turkey at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Expected to age well for 3 – 5 years.
