We did a big batch of Sour Cherry Rhubarb Chutney a couple of days ago.  So good!  We harvest our sour cherries in August and make as much as we can then but we never have enough at the winery.  This is my favorite chutney partly because all the fruit comes from our farm.  We are going to start using up the Pippins soon – with a Bengal and Old English chutney in mind.    If you have a favorite recipe for this type of chutney and you would like to share it we’d be thrilled!
