Our Pinot Noir is a light, delicate wine with heady aromas and flavors of sour cherry, violets, and toasted spice. It is aged for 12 months in 2 – 3 year old French oak barrels, and is nicely balanced with a long finish. It is a very versatile wine and pairs well with local salmon and poultry – a great choice to serve with turkey at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Expected to age well for 3 – 5 years.
